ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Chinope (chee-noh-pay), but you can call me Chino! I am a 22 year old Composite artist from North America, currently studying Graphic Design at Bellevue University. I am an online student, and also do some mentoring in my spare time as well for Art Club.I have been Compositing for around 3 years now. My first inspiration really came while I was first getting into anime. I wanted to be able to create art portraying my favorite characters, so I downloaded Gimp and pasted some pre-rendered images of my favorite characters on an unlicensed background and called it art! From there I started to actually learn the basics of what I was trying to get into and eventually started producing somewhat decent work.My real drive to pursue art came at the lowest point in my life. I was laying in a bed in the emergency room, clinging onto what was left of my life at the time. I decided to devote myself and use that second chance towards art, which is something I actually enjoyed. I am now also trying to learn illustration!"I was never very good at using my words growing up. Expressing myself through art gave me the communication skills that I never had."
